SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 1 - 2 business days from the date of purchase. For orders with EXPEDITED SHIPPING, the order must be placed before 1:30 PM EST to be shipped out on the same date of purchase.

 

All items are shipped through courier USPS. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. 

Return and Refund Policy

We issue refunds as store credit to be used on future purchases. Store credits expire 1 year after it's issued and can be treated just like cash on our online store! Your store credit will be issued after we receive your returned item(s).

Return Policy

Items must be returned in the same condition (tags must be attached, free from marks, stains, and smells). Returns are accepted within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date for domestic and international customers. Unfortunately, refunds are not accepted on sale items, intimates, and bodysuits.

How to Return

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Missed or Returned Deliveries

While we strive to provide the highest level of service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided. All orders that are returned to sender (AdrienneLauren) due to incorrect information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return and issued store credit.
